Philip Ryall is a respected Catholic leader, author, and entrepreneur dedicated to fostering unity, renewal, and faith formation within the Church. As Founder of Harvest Journeys, the global leading Catholic pilgrimage company, Philip has guided thousands of pilgrims to the Holy Land, Marian shrines, and sacred destinations around the world, inspiring deeper encounters with Christ through faith-filled travel experiences.

In addition to his leadership at Harvest, Philip is the founder of Dear Unity, an international movement calling Christians toward reconciliation, radical forgiveness, and love across denominational lines. The initiative, launched through the Dear Unity book featuring contributions from global Church leaders and theologians, reflects Philip’s lifelong commitment to building bridges within the Body of Christ.

With over 40 years’ experience in ministry and mission-driven enterprise, Philip combines strategic vision, creative leadership, and pastoral heart to animate projects that nurture both faith and collaboration. His work continues to unite people of faith, culture, and vision in pursuit of a more authentic Christian witness in today’s world.

Mark Holyoake is an experienced senior executive and company director with more than three decades of leadership across education and financial services. Recently retired from full-time employment, he most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of CEnet Limited, a national ICT shared services provider supporting Catholic education agencies across Australia, serving more than 330,000 users daily.

Prior to CEnet, Mark held senior leadership roles with Catholic Education, Diocese of Parramatta, including Director Enterprise, overseeing Finance, Property, People and Culture, and ICT functions. His earlier career spanned 30 years in business and commercial banking in Australia and overseas, where he held general management and executive roles.

Mark is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an MBA (Strategy & Innovation) from Charles Sturt University. He continues to contribute his governance expertise as a Non-Executive Director of Catholic Diocese of Parramatta Services Limited, which operates early learning and school care services across Western Sydney.

Bernard Ryall is an accomplished senior executive and leader with extensive experience in Catholic education, financial services, and consulting. He brings together faith, strategic insight, and strong commercial acumen to achieve sustainable outcomes and build collaborative relationships across complex organisations.

Bernard most recently served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Catholic Schools NSW from 2019 to 2025, following six years as Director of Business (CFO) at St Joseph’s College, Hunters Hill. He previously held senior roles with Catholic Education, Diocese of Parramatta, and earlier executive positions in the financial services sector with Westpac, BankWest, HBOS Australia, and First Commercial Limited.

A Certified Practising Accountant, Bernard holds a Bachelor of Business and has completed leadership programs through MGSM and the University of Notre Dame (Indiana). Deeply involved in his faith community, he has contributed to numerous Church councils and committees and currently serves as Chair of the Sisters of Mercy Parramatta Stewardship Committee. Bernard is a Justice of the Peace and a parishioner of Baulkham Hills Parish. Bernard worked closely with Harvest and participated in World Youth Days in Sydney in 2008 and Rio de Janeiro Harvest in 2013 and was renewed by the Harvest ‘Pathways of St Paul’ pilgrimage to Greece and Türkiye in 2024.

Selina Hasham is the Chief Executive Officer of Harvest Journeys and brings to the role a unique blend of strategic leadership, communications expertise, and deep missionary purpose.

With decades of experience in leading involvement in the World Youth Days and 15 years of experience in communications and leadership roles within the Archdiocese of Sydney and the Diocese of Broken Bay, Selina has led major initiatives in media, evangelisation, and public engagement within the Church in Australia. Her professional background is complemented by qualifications in Secondary Teaching and her status as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Selina has overseen a renewed vision for Harvest’s mission post-pandemic — strengthening partnerships, expanding digital outreach, and enhancing the formation dimension of Catholic travel.

A faith-filled leader and communicator, Selina is passionate about bringing people closer to God through beauty, encounter, and the experience of pilgrimage. Her leadership continues to shape Harvest as a vibrant force for renewal and unity within the Church today.

Samuel Ryall is a dynamic emerging leader in faith-based travel and ministry, serving as Head of Business Development at Harvest Journeys. In this role, he leads strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, and innovation to further Harvest’s mission of guiding pilgrims on transformative journeys of faith across the world.

Working to continue the legacy of his father, Philip Ryall, Samuel brings fresh energy and vision to the next generation of Harvest’s leadership. His focus on developing sustainable business models, enhancing digital engagement, and building strong partnerships has positioned Harvest for continued growth and renewal in an evolving travel and faith landscape.

Samuel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and combines his professional expertise with a deep commitment to mission and ministry. Grounded in his Christian faith, he is passionate about helping others encounter God through pilgrimage, community, and shared spiritual experience — uniting entrepreneurial skill with a heart for evangelisation and service.

Peter Calopedos is a highly respected travel industry professional, with a career spanning five decades of leadership across airline, corporate, retail, product development, and faith-based travel sectors. Peter spent 33 years with TAA and Qantas, where he held a broad range of senior roles in retail and corporate travel, product development, marketing and commercial & technical training. He also served as Online Training Manager with Qantas College, playing a key role in workforce development and professional training during a period of significant industry transformation.

Peter joined Harvest Journeys in 2007, with an initial focus on Sydney World Youth Day, a landmark event that significantly expanded Harvest’s operational scope and profile within the Catholic pilgrimage sector. Since that time, he has been instrumental in shaping Harvest Journeys’ strategic direction, operational excellence, and reputation as a leading Catholic pilgrimage specialist.

Currently serving as General Manager of Harvest Journeys, Peter provides executive leadership across product development, operations, partnerships, and major event delivery. His deep industry knowledge, long-standing airline relationships, and commitment to faith-based travel continue to underpin Harvest Journeys’ growth, innovation, and service to the Church.
