NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Harvest Journeys, Level 5, 88 Foveaux Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia, referred to in these Terms and Conditions as the “Promoter”.
2. Eligibility
The Harvest Journeys Word on Fire Bible Giveaway, referred to as the “Promotion”, is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over at the commencement of the Promotion.
Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, and any agencies or companies directly associated with the administration of the Promotion, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members of these individuals are also not eligible to enter.
The Promoter may require an entrant to provide proof of age, identity and Australian residency.
3. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion, eligibility of entries and selection of the winner are final, subject to applicable law.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 9:00 am AEST on Wednesday, 22 July 2026 and closes at 11:00 pm AEST on Monday, 27 July 2026, referred to as the “Promotion Period”.
Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
5. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
- Scan the QR code displayed on the Harvest Journeys booth card or visit harvestjourneys.com/re-giveaway.
- Complete the online entry form with the requested information.
- Submit the completed form before the Promotion closes.
No purchase or payment is required to enter.
Only one entry per person and per email address is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, inaccurate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or not received because of technical problems or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
6. Prize
There is one prize available.
The prize is:
One Word on Fire Bible, Volume I: The Gospels, leather-bound edition, featuring commentary by Bishop Robert Barron.
The approximate retail value of the prize is AUD $156.21.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The winner cannot request an alternative product or receive any difference in value.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to an Australian postal address nominated by the winner.
7. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on Tuesday, 28 July 2026 at the Promoter’s office:

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided with their entry.
The potential winner must respond and provide any requested eligibility information within five business days of the Promoter’s first attempt to contact them.
If the potential winner:
- cannot be contacted within this period
- does not provide the requested information
- is found to be ineligible, or
- does not comply with these Terms and Conditions
the potential winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter may conduct another random draw from the remaining eligible entries.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact and award the prize to an eligible winner.
9. Prize Acceptance
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age and Australian residency before receiving the prize.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that the information provided to the Promoter is accurate and complete.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their first name, surname and state or territory of residence may be announced by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
Where an entrant separately agrees to receive marketing communications, the Promoter may also use their information to send news, offers and information about Harvest Journeys. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who:
- submits an entry that is incomplete, false or misleading
- tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry or draw process
- uses automated entry methods
- breaches these Terms and Conditions, or
- engages in conduct intended to disrupt the Promotion.
If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned because of fraud, technical failure, unauthorised intervention or another circumstance outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Subject to those rights, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, delay or disappointment arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except to the extent that such loss is caused by the Promoter’s negligence or wilful misconduct.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
