Welcome to Sydney, a harbourside city of renowned attractions and brilliant beaches.

DAY 2SYDNEY SIGHTS

Our city tour takes in the iconic Sydney Opera House, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and famous Bondi Beach. Enjoy a delightful lunch cruising in beautiful Sydney Harbour. Celebrate Mass at St Mary’s Cathedral, reminiscent of the great medieval cathedrals of Europe.

DAY 3SYDNEY AND THE BLUE MOUNTAINS

Celebrate Mass at the national shrine in honor of Australia’s first saint, St Mary of the Cross MacKillop. Visit Featherdale Wildlife Park to experience first-hand native Australian creatures – koalas, kangaroos, dingoes, and wombats. Continue to the Blue Mountains, which takes its name from the blue haze created by the abundant eucalyptus trees and see the Three Sisters rock formation.

DAY 4SOUTH COAST EXPLORATION

Journey south with magnificent ocean views along the Illawarra and the Grand Pacific Drive.

Visit the historic town of Berrima and continue to Penrose Park and the Shrine of Our Lady of Mercy for Mass, ministered by the Pauline Fathers and a renowned place of veneration of the replica of the Icon of Our Lady of Jasna Gora, the Black Madonna.

Arrive in Kiama, a beautiful coastal town with idyllic seascapes, unspoiled beaches, and the famous Blowhole, where the ocean likes to show off when the swell is big!

DAY 5SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS PILGRIMAGE

Ascend Jamberoo Mountain to discover the beauty and silence of the Benedictine Jamberoo Abbey. Share Mass here with the enclosed community of sisters.

From the mountain to the sea, we return to a whale-watching wonderland, where thousands of whales travel to and from Antarctica between May and November.

Embark upon a spectacular Whale Watching Cruise to enjoy the thrill of spotting and getting close to these majestic creatures.

DAY 6JOURNEY TO CENTRAL AUSTRALIA

Fly to Alice Springs, a remote outback town in Australia’s Northern Territory, and gateway for exploring the Red Center. The deeply spiritual nature of this desert landscape has earned the title “The Great South Land of the Holy Spirit”, and nowhere is this more apparent than in this vast Australian outback. Enjoy panoramic views from Anzac Hill and join the parish for Mass to experience the way the local people worship.

DAY 7MACDONNELL RANGES

After Mass we head West and stop at Simpsons Gap, and then visit Ormiston Gorge one of the most photographed places in the Red Center, for lunch and an opportunity to swim in the waterhole.

DAY 8THE FORGIVENESS CROSS AT MEMORY MOUNTAIN

Visit The Forgiveness Cross at Memory Mountain, where a 20-metre cross stands as a sign of faith, culture and social enterprise. Prepare for a unique experience of walking, prayer, song, and indigenous cultural activities gathered around this amazing new Australian icon of hope. Visit the nearby Haasts Bluff Community and the Ikuntji Artists Center where many Indigenous artists are becoming world-renowned for their inspired designs. Enjoy an outdoor meal with sing-along by campfire, and watch the Cross illuminate.

DAY 9DAWN AT THE FORGIVENESS CROSS AT MEMORY MOUNTAIN

Optional pre-dawn sunrise climb to The Forgiveness Cross. Visit the Hermannsburg Historic Precinct, owned by the Indigenous people. Return to Alice Springs via Standley Chasm, a gorge with a beautiful walking trail. As the sun sets journey into the bush for the unique experience of the Outback Bush BBQ Dinner & Show, a fun-filled evening of entertainment and Aussie outback culture and cuisine.

DAY 10JOURNEY TO ULURU: THE ROCK

Journey to Uluru, the natural landmark red rock at the center of Australia, also known as Ayers Rock. Visit Curtin Springs Station for Mass in the gardens and a relaxing lunch. Rising 348 meters above the plain, Uluru is a sacred site to the local Aboriginal Anangu people who have lived in the region for tens of thousands of years. The rich red hues of the rock change with the light displaying an array of colors.

DAY 11ULURU DISCOVERY

Enjoy a guided walk at the base of Uluru and visit Kata Tjuta National Park (also known as the Olgas) recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Area. Enjoy a magical dinner under the stars along with the world-renowned Field of Lights installation.

Fly to Cairns, gateway to Queensland’s tropical North, and celebrate Mass at the Cathedral. Transfer by coach to Port Douglas, a chic yet relaxed seaside village, with a wide range of restaurants, bars and boutique shops.

Enjoy the tropical surroundings, visit Four Mile Beach, wander the galleries and local shops, or and take in the beautiful views of the Coral Sea and the Daintree Forest.

Board our Great Barrier Reef Cruise and prepare to be amazed by the splendor of God’s creation.

The Great Barrier Reef, a dazzling underwater paradise, beckons us with its vibrant coral gardens and abundant marine life. Spanning over 2,300 kilometers, this UNESCO World Heritage site is the largest coral reef system in the world, offering a breathtaking mosaic of colors and shapes, and inviting us to wonder at God’s creation.

DAY 14DAINTREE TOUR AND CROCODILE ADVENTURE

Visit the Daintree Rainforest a lush and ancient wonderland, where nature thrives in its most pristine form. including a walk under the magnificent natural canopy. Serene rivers, cascading waterfalls, and panoramic views connect us with God’s creation, and invite us to prayer.

Go to the edge of the wilderness at Cape Tribulation and later prepare to get up close and personal with crocodiles in their natural habitat with a Crocodile Adventure Tour. Australian crocodiles are the largest living reptiles on earth and being up close to these prehistoric creatures is both terrifying and awe-inspiring.
